Deposits
You may place a deposit for current or future litters
No Puppy will be reserved without a deposit. Puppies will not be on hold while you are deciding. Puppies may be reserved by another party at any time unless your deposit has been placed. Prices can vary litter to litter and may increases unless you have placed a deposit. Puppies shall be chosen by persons in order of deposit received. Deposits are non-refundable. We do not ship our puppies. But you may arrange for your own transportation. We will gladly meet you at the airport inside, at baggage claim. You will need to check with your airline for necessary steps to fly home with puppy. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks of age with first round of shots complete to board. Any requirements from airline that cause us an additional visit to the vet will be charged as additional cost that you are responsible for.
Health Guarantee
(This is a Summary) Actual Contract provided and signed by both parties at pick up.
*A heath guarantee will be provided and signed by both parties upon pickup.
* If you send someone in your place to sign contract, you will automatically be considered accountable for all of the contract and any actions of your representative. Puppy is considered free of injury or communicable disease upon pick up. Health Guarantee will become void if you fail to have them seen by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of signing contract. Pick ups on Fridays will be extended through Monday to have puppy examination check up performed. Have your vet email me a copy of the "within 48 hours" examination confirming puppy has been evaluated or the health guarantee shall be considered void. Should your veterinarian find a serious defect, I must be notified the same day, and presented with a written statement from examining vet. Puppies must be returned within 72 hours, unharmed, at buyers expense. The puppy will be exchanged for a current comparable puppy or when one is available. I reserve the right to have the puppy re examined by my vet. Any serious incurable defects that will cause premature death only will constitute the exchange of an equal value puppy, determined by breeder. Only puppies where flight has been used for original transport will be given the options of refund (or) a replacement puppy. Purchaser is responsible for returning costs of original puppy and arrangements for replacement puppy transportation. We do not guarantee final size, final color, breeding capability, bite, or conditions brought on by stress, change of environment and feeding decisions once puppy has left our care. Therefore, we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, Viral or Bacterial infections. All puppies are sold as pets with registration unless pre-approved and purchased for breeding at additional cost. We do not guarantee against genetic illness that the parents have not been diagnosed with. ALL vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer. Puppies that are not picked up by 9 weeks old will incur an additional boarding fee of 20 dollars per day.
Any additional age appropriate vaccines needed will be added to buyer cost.
